1. INTRODUCTION
CashDino (“CashDino,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital services that allow users to receive rewards by completing different activities within the CashDino mobile application (the “App”). The App and its associated features, content, and functionality are collectively referred to as the “Services.”
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Services.
2. DATA USAGE & CONSENT
By using CashDino, you expressly agree to the processing and transfer of the following data categories:
• Installed applications on your device (including usage duration and history)• In-app activity data (clicks, engagement, session history)• Registration information (IP address, Device ID, PayPal email)• Location information (precise and approximate)• Camera access (for selfie-based verification)• Notification permissions (to deliver reward updates)• Survey responses (name, address, date of birth)• Personalized advertising data (cookies, advertising identifiers)• Attribution data (User Agent, AD ID, Device ID)This data allows CashDino to verify your playtime, process secure PayPal payments, prevent fraudulent activity, and optimize the overall user experience. All device identifiers are encrypted before being sent to our servers.
3. LEGAL AGREEMENT & ELIGIBILITY
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CashDino.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Services.
• No Employment Relationship: CashDino is not your employer, and your use of the App does not establish any employment, agency, partnership, or similar relationship.
• Legal Compliance: You are responsible for following all laws and regulations applicable in your location.
• Liability and Claims: You acknowledge that CashDino is not responsible for the manner in which you use the Services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you also waive the right to participate in class-action proceedings against us.
4. PROHIBITED USER CONDUCT
To protect the security and fairness of the Services, you agree that you will not:
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the App or Services for any unauthorized purpose.
• Sell, sublicense, share, or transfer access to your account to another person.
• Use bots, scripts, automated systems, emulators, or other unauthorized software to interact with the Services.
• Attempt to bypass security protections or gain access to restricted parts of our systems or servers.
• Modify the App or create derivative works based on the CashDino platform.
5. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
CashDino may revise or update these Terms when necessary. The latest version will be made available through the App and on our website at https://cashdino.pro, together with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of CashDino after revised Terms have been published means that you accept the updated version.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, functionality, designs, software, and underlying technology associated with the App are owned by or licensed to CashDino and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & WARRANTIES
• “As Is” Basis: The Services are made available on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not provide warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
• Payouts: Eligible rewards may be requested through PayPal after all applicable requirements have been satisfied. CashDino may review, delay, reject, or cancel a payout where fraud, technical issues, inaccurate information, or violations of these Terms are suspected.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold CashDino, its service providers, and business partners harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
8. REWARDS & COMPLIANCE
Users must carefully follow the requirements and instructions associated with each game, offer, task, or survey in order to qualify for the relevant rewards.
The CashDino rewards program is intended to operate in accordance with the Google Play Developer Program Policies.
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes that may apply to rewards or earnings received through the Services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
